Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I value your time and mine. To ensure all clients receive the best service, I kindly ask that you review my cancellation and rescheduling policies:

  • 48 Hour Notice: I Require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged full-service amount.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service or reschedule, and a late fee may apply.

  • Feeling Unwell? If you are sick, feeling unwell or recovering, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. This helps keep me and my clients healthy. I truly appreciate your honesty and consideration!
