Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I value your time and mine. To ensure all clients receive the best service, I kindly ask that you review my cancellation and rescheduling policies:
48 Hour Notice: I Require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged full-service amount.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service or reschedule, and a late fee may apply.
Feeling Unwell? If you are sick, feeling unwell or recovering, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. This helps keep me and my clients healthy. I truly appreciate your honesty and consideration!
